If we exercise regularly and keep a healthy lifestyle then our quality of life will be improved. Looking and feeling better in ourself boosts our confidence and helps us have better, happy qualities. If we are fit we also feel more able in our abilities and our potential. If our quality of life was bad we become depressed and withdrawn. We prevent this by doing everything we can to make our quality of life better and exercise can help this.
